Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy – Amalxpress
We provide return and exchange services under the following terms:
- Request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- A clear reason for return or exchange must be provided
Unboxing Requirement (Important)
- A complete 360° unboxing video is required in case of damaged, incorrect, or missing items
- The video must be continuous and clear, without any cuts or edits
- Claims without proper video evidence will not be entertained
Important Notes
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange
- Regular items will be processed based on the current price (if discounted)
- This policy applies only within Pakistan
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for approved return cases.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- A 4% tax deduction will apply
Exchange Charges
For exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference:
- Delivery fee: Rs. 500
- Additional 4% tax will be applied
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
Return Process
- Other cities: Customers need to send the parcel to our warehouse at their own expense
- Same city: Customers can return the parcel directly to the warehouse
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Exchange/return is applicable if:
- The product is defective
- An incorrect item or size has been delivered

📌 Invoice and video proof must be shared via WhatsApp or email
Processing time: up to 7 working days
Product Disclaimer
- Product color may slightly differ due to lighting or screen settings
- Minor issues such as loose threads, removable marks, or slight stitching variations are not considered defects
